Double Spray Booth Container
The booth can be used as a Spray Booth or a Ventilated Workspace depending on your requirements. It is possible to switch fan speeds from the Control Panel.

The booth is fully insulated and comes with a personnel access door fitted in the left hand side of the Container. Access for loading and unloading is through the double doors.
Lighting
Totally enclosed instrinsically safe LED cornice lighting mounted down both sides of the booth fitted behind glass panels, and this is switched externally from the control panel. A PIR bulkhead light is fitted by the personnel door.
Heating
37kw indirect oil fired heating system thermostatically controlled from within the control panel to a maximum temperature of 25 degrees.
Filtration
- M5 Grade air input filters
- Andreas paper extract filters
Control System
The booth heating fans and lighting is controlled from the main control panel mounted on the outside of the container
Fans
2 x 2.2kw inverter driven 600mm diameter Axial Bi-furcated fans mounted at the rear of the booth giving a flow rate of 18000m3/hr.
Commissioning / User Manual
The booth comes fully commissioned with a resulting report and clearance time signage to comply with COSHH regulations.
Compressed Air System
A 5.5 KW, 24.9 cfm screw vane compressor with refrigerant dryer and breathing air filtration suitable.
